The consultants at anzip consultants have advised mid-sized family businesses and large corporations for many years, both in Germany and internationally.

Andreas Zippe founded anzip consultants in 2009. For more than 20 years he has advised mid-sized companies and corporations from a range of industries in Germany and abroad — among them medical technology, construction, automotive and IT. Several hundred successfully completed projects and filled positions reflect his experience in this field.

Mr Zippe holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann, LMU Munich) and trained as a bank clerk.

The anzip consultants team includes further consultants and partners with different areas of focus, for example strategy consulting for family businesses, talent management and business succession.
