Privacy policy

This website is deliberately data-minimal: it sets no cookies, embeds no external services and uses no tracking. Fonts are served from our own server. This is a convenience translation; the German version is the legally binding one.

2. Server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in what are known as server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation). Processing is carried out by our hosting provider as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no embedded third-party content (no external fonts, maps, videos or social media plug-ins). No profiles are created and no data is passed on to third parties for advertising or analysis purposes.

4. Fonts

The font used (“Inter”) is served from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts); your IP address is not transmitted to third parties in this context.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content) will be stored in order to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. A message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights.

7. Status and changes

This policy applies from the publication of the revised website. It will be adapted if the function or technology of the website changes.
